We have expanded our sheet metal processing capabilities by adding the option of leveling sheet metal parts using the modern Arku FlatMaster 55. This machine eliminates deformations and irregularities in laser-cut or punched sheets, significantly improving the quality of final products and facilitating further manufacturing operations.

Leveled sheets achieve flatness of up to 0.1 mm, which is crucial in demanding applications where perfect precision is required.
Integrating sheet leveling technology into the production process offers our customers improved part quality and minimizes the risk of issues in subsequent operations such as bending, welding, or painting.
We now also offer leveling as an external subcontracting service for customer-supplied materials.
