The storage system STOPA was implemented and interconnected with 3 punching machines and 4 laser cutting machines. This brought us a rapid improvement in automation.

Das Lagersystem STOPA wurde implementiert und mit 3 Stanzmaschinen und 4 Laserschneidmaschinen verbunden. Diese Investitionen hat einem wichtigen Meilenstein auf dem Weg zur Automatisierung markiert.

Sklad s více než 1000 skladovými pozici obsluhuje 3 děrovací lisy a 4 řezací lasery.

Wir haben ein Biegezentrum Salvagnini und eine Roboterschweißstation von Trumpf gekauft, bereits die dritte dieser Art. Sinop SMP beschäftigte 207 Mitarbeiter und erzielte einen Umsatz von 17 Millionen Euro.

We bought a Bending Centre Salvagnini and new robotic welding station from Trumpf, already third of this kind. Sinop SMP employed 207 people and reached the revenue of EUR 17 million.

Wir haben eine neue Produktionshalle gebaut und unsere Produktionsfläche auf insgesamt 12.000 m² erweitert. In der neuen Halle wurde eine Pulverbeschichtungsanlage von Galatek errichtet.

We built a new manufacturing hall and expanded our manufacturing area to total of 12.000 m². In the new hall a powder coating line from Galatek was established.

Postavili jsme třetí halu v areálu v Homolích. Výrobní areál tím byl rozšířen na 12.000 m².

We put the new punching machine TruPunch 5000 S12 into operation.  We started to deburr metal sheets on the deburring machine and established a tradition of annual hikes on the local hill Kleť.

Wir haben die neue Stanzmaschine TruPunch 5000 S12 in Betrieb genommen. Wir begannen mit dem Entgraten von Blechen auf der Entgratungsmaschine Weber und etablierten eine Tradition jährlicher Wanderungen auf dem hiesigen Berg Kleť.

Wir haben eine neue Produktionsstätte in der Gemeinde Homole bei České Budějovice gebaut. In der großzügigen und modernen Halle stehen außerdem zwei Schwerlastkräne. Alle unsere Produktionsmaschinen wurden dorthin verlegt + einige neue Maschinen wurden erworben. Sinop SMP erreichte einen Umsatz von 7 Millionen Euro.

We build a new manufacturing facility in Homole by České Budějovice. In the spacious and modern hall are also two heavy-duty cranes. All of our manufacturing machines were moved there + some new machinery. Sinop SMP reached a revenue of EUR 7 million.

We invested in the new technology – welding by means of laser beam. Furthermore, we acquired our first fiber laser machine for cutting of thin stainless-steel sheets. We started with machining on our MAZAK Smart 200M.

Wir haben in die neue Technologie – Laserschweißen – investiert. Darüber hinaus haben wir unsere erste Faserlasermaschine zum Schneiden dünner Edelstahlbleche erworben. Wir begannen mit der spanabhebenden Bearbeitung auf unserer MAZAK Smart 200M.

We created the Sinop ice hockey team.
